SocialPilot

SocialPilot review

SocialPilot brings scheduled posts, shared calendars and approval requests into one place. You can prepare content across several accounts and give other people a clear way to review it. Its bundled plans also make the cost easier to compare when you need more than one person and a handful of profiles.

Make the publishing plan easy to see

The calendar shows what is queued, published or waiting for review. That gives a colleague or client something more useful than a list of captions without dates or a series of screenshots.

Client calendar sharing lets people see planned posts through a link. On the relevant client-approval plan, they can approve content or ask for changes without logging into the full application. This is useful when the person approving the work is not the person publishing it.

Separate drafts from approved posts

SocialPilot distinguishes the person drafting a post from the manager or client reviewing it. A manager can return a draft with comments or send it on for client approval.

The distinction matters when managing several accounts: being able to prepare posts does not have to mean being able to publish them immediately. Internal approval and external client approval are separate plan features.

Bring reporting into the same service

Standard adds analytics and an inbox alongside scheduling. Premium adds bulk scheduling and branded reports, making it more useful for preparing a larger batch of posts and showing the results afterwards.

Supported publishing networks include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, X and Google Business Profile. Publishing support does not mean every network offers the same inbox or reporting functions.

SocialPilot pricing and plans

PlanMonthly / annual-billing monthly equivalentAccounts and users
Essentials$30 / $25.50Seven accounts, one user
Standard$50 / $42.50Fifteen accounts, three users; manager approvals
Premium$100 / $85Twenty-five accounts, six users; client approvals, bulk scheduling and branded reports

A 14-day trial is available. For a team managing client sign-off, Premium is the useful starting comparison, rather than the lower Essentials headline.

Other options to compare

Sendible includes unlimited users with workspace bundles. Planable puts detailed feedback and approval at the centre of the product. Metricool is worth considering when performance reports across brands are especially important.

Our verdict

SocialPilot offers a practical combination of shared publishing, clear approval steps and bundled account capacity. Its client calendar is a particularly useful reason to consider it: the person giving the go-ahead can see the actual plan instead of learning another full dashboard.
