Sendible

Sendible review

Sendible gives social publishing, client accounts and performance reports a shared home. Separate workspaces keep each brand's content together, while unlimited users let colleagues and clients participate without adding a charge for every person.

Keep brands and clients separate

A workspace contains the social profiles, calendar and content for a brand, client or location. This makes it easier to switch between projects without mixing their posts or sending the wrong schedule to a client.

Client Connect lets people connect their social accounts without sending you the passwords. It is a useful starting point for collaboration: the account holder authorises the connection, and the team can work on the content in Sendible.

Move from a draft to a scheduled post

Sendible includes tools for composing and scheduling posts across supported networks. Approval and assignment tools start on Plus, so drafts can be reviewed before going into the publishing plan.

Premium adds content libraries and custom-branded reports. Keeping reusable material close to the calendar can help with repeated announcements, while reporting gives the client a clear record of the resulting activity.

Send reports without rebuilding them

Automated reports can deliver performance information to stakeholders. Instead of assembling the same updates from several apps each month, you can use a repeatable report and focus on explaining the changes that matter.

The report is still only as useful as the accounts and metrics it includes. A social network being available for publishing does not guarantee the same analytics on every connection.

Current pricing

PlanMonthly priceIncluded capacity
Core$35One workspace, six social profiles
Plus$99Three workspaces, eighteen profiles
Premium$199Seven workspaces, forty-two profiles
Elite$299Fifteen workspaces, ninety profiles

All these plans include unlimited users. Annual billing has a discount, and a 14-day trial is available. Compare the workspace and profile capacity you need, together with approval and reporting features, rather than counting seats alone.

Before you choose

Sendible does not support Instagram direct messages in its inbox. If those conversations are a major part of your work, a publishing connection will not solve that need. Some Instagram video-carousel publishing also uses reminders rather than a fully automatic post.

Other options worth comparing

SocialPilot bundles accounts with client-approval tools on Premium. Planable is worth comparing for detailed draft review. Agorapulse handles Instagram direct messages alongside other social conversations.

Our verdict

Sendible is a compelling option for organising work across brands and involving more people. Separate workspaces, secure account connections and automated reports address three recurring parts of managing social accounts. Unlimited users make that combination especially worth pricing when several people need access.
