Recommendation choices
You can use CurationWeb without creating an account or giving us contact details. The answers you choose in the software finder are used to generate your recommendation and are not intended to build a personal profile.
Technical service data
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to deliver the site securely and reliably. This can include an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and basic diagnostic or security information.
Analytics, cookies, and local storage
CurationWeb does not currently use advertising trackers or non-essential analytics cookies. The site may use essential browser storage or technical mechanisms where needed for security, reliability, or to make the service work properly.
Links to software providers
When you follow a link to a software provider, you leave CurationWeb and that provider's own privacy policy applies.
Service providers and retention
Limited technical data may be processed by the infrastructure providers that help us host, secure, and operate CurationWeb. We do not currently sell personal information.

We may update this policy as CurationWeb develops or as the way the site handles data changes. The latest version published here will apply.
