Agorapulse
Agorapulse review
Agorapulse brings social comments, messages, publishing and reports into one service. Its particular strength is making incoming conversations easier to follow: you can see what needs attention, assign work and keep replies connected to the account they came from.
Keep track of conversations
The inbox gives comments and messages a clearer place to go. Saved replies help with common questions, while labels and filters make it easier to find a particular conversation. People working together can assign items instead of assuming someone else has answered.
This is useful even without a large support team. A business owner and a colleague can distinguish what is finished from what still needs a response, rather than reread the same feeds.
Publish and report in the same place
Agorapulse also includes a publishing calendar and social reporting. You can prepare the posts that generate conversations and then review both the content and its results without moving to a separate scheduler.
Higher plans add more approval, reporting and team capabilities.
Which messages does it handle?
Facebook and Instagram support comments and direct messages. Agorapulse also handles comment activity on networks including LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Threads, plus Google Business reviews.
Those are not identical connections. LinkedIn direct messages are not listed in its inbox support, and X inbox access requires the X Plus add-on. If one of those is central to your work, it can change the choice.
What a team will pay
| Plan | Monthly price per user | Annual-billing monthly equivalent per user |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | $99 | $79 |
| Professional | $149 | $119 |
| Advanced | $199 | $149 |
These plans include ten social profiles shared across the subscription. Adding a second user does not add another ten profiles; extra profile capacity costs more. A 30-day trial is available, and larger organisations can request a custom plan.
That shared allowance is important when comparing prices. Count both the people using the tool and the accounts they manage, then choose the tier with the approval and reporting features you need.
Other options worth comparing
Sprout Social supports additional inbox use cases, including LinkedIn Company Page messages and WhatsApp Business. Sendible takes a different approach to team cost with unlimited users and workspace bundles. Buffer is worth a look for simpler publishing and comment replies.
Our verdict
Agorapulse offers a clear benefit when replying is as important as posting. Its saved replies, assignments and organised inbox help people follow conversations through, while publishing and reporting remain close at hand. That makes it a useful shortlist option for a business that wants social messages handled consistently.
