Publer
Publer review
Publer helps you prepare social posts in batches, schedule them across accounts and reuse content that remains useful. You can start with a free queue, then add bulk publishing, analytics and recycling as your needs grow.
Prepare a batch of posts together
Paid bulk scheduling lets you import posts from a CSV file or upload media together. You can then adapt the content for different networks rather than enter every post from scratch.
That is useful for a series of tips, a set of event announcements or a prepared campaign. The calendar shows where those posts will go, while the editor lets you change the caption or timing for each account.
Reuse the posts that still matter
Business adds analytics and recycling. You can identify a post worth sharing again and give it a repeat schedule. Recurring posts can also have an end date, so a limited offer does not keep appearing after it has expired.
This is a practical way to get more use from a prepared library. The important decision remains which material is still relevant; automatic reuse does not make an old offer or out-of-date article useful again.
Free and paid pricing
| Plan | Monthly starting price | Main use |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Three accounts, ten queued posts per account |
| Professional | $5 for one account | More publishing capacity, bulk tools and RSS automation |
| Business | $10 for one account | Analytics, competitor analysis and content recycling |
Paid prices grow with connected accounts and additional members. Professional adds $4 per extra account and $2 per member; Business adds $7 and $3 respectively, with volume rules affecting larger totals. Compare the configured total rather than assuming the starting price covers all your accounts.
Professional offers a seven-day trial and Business fourteen days. The free plan has one user and excludes X; its retained posting history is only twenty-four hours. It is a useful scheduling start, not a substitute for the paid analytics package.
Our verdict
Publer offers a clear path from a small posting queue to more automated publishing. Bulk preparation and paid recycling are useful reasons to consider it when the repetitive part of social media is loading and scheduling content. Its per-account pricing also makes the smallest paid setup easy to understand before adding more accounts.
