Zoho Social
Zoho Social review
Zoho Social brings your publishing calendar, social conversations and performance reports into one workspace. It gives you a way to plan posts ahead while staying involved in the replies they generate, with additional connections to Zoho's business tools available as your needs grow.
What Zoho Social offers
The calendar helps you prepare a run of posts instead of publishing each one separately throughout the week. Higher plans add bulk scheduling, repeating posts and RSS feeds, which reduce repeated work when you have an established supply of content.
Monitoring and message tools help you follow the response. The unified inbox on Premium puts more of that conversation management together, while reports give you a way to look beyond the latest post.
For teams already using Zoho, the CRM and Desk connections can be a useful extra. They bring social activity closer to customer and support work, rather than making the social calendar another isolated system. Those integrations require the appropriate plan.
Zoho Social pricing and plans
Zoho organises its plans around brands, team members and features. A free plan covers basic publishing for one brand and one user. Standard adds the scheduling calendar; Professional adds functions including bulk and repeating scheduling, RSS and monitoring.
Premium includes three users, approval workflows, the unified inbox and Zoho CRM/Desk integrations. Agency editions provide capacity for more brands and client work. Zoho displays prices for your region, with separate monthly and annual billing options. Check the current US total for the combination you need.
You can try the wider feature set for 15 days without a credit card. Afterwards the account moves to the limited free plan unless you upgrade. That gives you a way to compare the calendar, reports and team features before paying.
Before you choose
The important distinction is between basic publishing and a shared publishing-and-replies workflow. Approvals and the CRM connections are not included simply because you already have another Zoho subscription. Check the social accounts and message types you plan to manage as well.
Our view
Zoho Social is an appealing way to bring a scattered social routine together. Its calendar provides a straightforward starting point, with more capable reply, approval and customer-system connections available later. That range gives it value both as a standalone social tool and as part of a wider Zoho setup.
