Taplio
Taplio review
Taplio brings LinkedIn post planning, scheduling and performance tracking into one place. Its higher plans add writing assistance and content ideas, giving you help with both preparing a post and deciding when to share it.
Give LinkedIn posts more attention
The calendar and queue let you prepare several posts together instead of interrupting your day to publish each one. Analytics then give you a way to compare results and spot which subjects deserve another look.
On the AI-enabled plans, Taplio can help turn an idea into a draft or carousel. That can be useful when you know what you want to say but need a starting point. You still need to bring the experience, examples and judgement that make the post yours.
Its LinkedIn focus keeps the planning, writing and analysis centred on one network. That is a meaningful difference from buying a broad scheduler simply to use its LinkedIn connection.
Taplio pricing
Starter costs $39 a month, or $384 annually, equivalent to $32 a month. It includes scheduling and core analytics, but not the AI writer.
Growth costs $69 a month, or $588 annually, equivalent to $49 a month. It adds AI writing and other content and engagement tools. Pro is a higher-priced option with expanded allowances and lead-related features. The trial runs for seven days; there is no permanent free plan.
Before you choose
Taplio is a LinkedIn product, not a replacement for scheduling Instagram, Facebook and TikTok alongside it. If you mainly want one calendar for several networks, a multichannel tool may cover more of your day-to-day work.
Also separate writing help from results. AI can help produce a draft, but neither generated posts nor suggested posting times guarantee reach or enquiries. The Starter plan makes more sense if you want scheduling without paying for AI.
Our view
Taplio's strongest case is the convenience of planning and improving LinkedIn content in one workspace. Growth adds useful help getting from an idea to a publishable draft, while Starter keeps the emphasis on scheduling and measurement. Look at the plan that matches the parts of the job you actually want help with.
