Tailwind

Tailwind for Pinterest review

Tailwind brings Pinterest planning, Pin creation and scheduling together. It can help you turn website content into a steadier supply of Pins, with separate research and engagement tools available alongside the publishing features.

More than choosing a publish date

Tailwind's Scheduling & Creation module combines Pin creation with scheduling and spacing. Website sync keeps the source material close to the publishing work, while AI-assisted creation provides starting points you can edit for your own images, wording and brand.

The Pinterest SEO module adds keyword research and tracking. That can help you choose clearer topics and descriptions, rather than treating Pinterest only as a place to repost the same social captions. A separate Engagement module is also available.

You do not have to buy every module simply to schedule Pins. The useful comparison is between the functions you will use and the package containing them.

Tailwind pricing

Current pricing is per Pinterest account, with separate modules and usage credits. Scheduling & Creation, Pinterest SEO and Engagement can be selected individually or in bundles. Extra credits can add to the total, and monthly and annual billing differ.

Check the current plan selection for your account count and likely usage. Older reviews of Tailwind's social packages may describe a different combination of products.

Do you need a separate scheduler?

Pinterest already lets business accounts schedule standard Pins up to 30 days ahead, with up to ten scheduled at once. That can be enough for occasional posting. Tailwind's stronger reason to consider it is the connection between creating Pins, organising a fuller schedule and researching what to publish—not simply access to a scheduling button.

Our view

Tailwind makes the most sense as a Pinterest working space: content preparation, scheduling and optional research can sit together instead of being assembled from separate tools. Its modular approach lets you start with the parts that will be useful, then add more if Pinterest becomes a larger part of your marketing.
