SocialBu

SocialBu review

SocialBu combines a publishing calendar with tools for recurring content and social automation. It helps you plan ahead, reuse suitable posts and move more of the routine work out of individual social apps.

From a queue to a shared workspace

The calendar provides a view of upcoming posts, while recurring queues let you keep useful material in circulation. RSS and other automation options offer ways to bring existing content into the publishing process without repeatedly starting a new draft from nothing.

Higher plans add team access, an inbox and listening. That gives SocialBu a route beyond solo scheduling: colleagues can work in the product and follow supported audience conversations as well as prepare outgoing content.

The practical benefit is having more of the work together. You can prepare a publishing schedule and, on the appropriate plan, manage replies and monitor activity without immediately adding another service.

SocialBu pricing

Starter costs $29 a month for eight social accounts and 750 monthly posts. It is a publishing plan without the team, inbox or listening functions.

Growth costs $79 a month for 20 accounts, 3,000 monthly posts and five teams, adding inbox and listening access. Agency costs $199 for 50 accounts, unlimited monthly posts and 20 teams. Annual subscriptions are discounted.

The free option allows three accounts but only ten lifetime posts. It is not a renewable monthly free publishing allowance. Paid plans offer a seven-day trial.

Before you choose

Choose the plan around the work you want to do, not only the number of accounts. Starter will not provide a shared reply-management workspace. Automated and recurring posts also need occasional attention so that expired offers and unsuitable captions do not keep circulating.

Our view

SocialBu is worth considering for the connection between everyday scheduling and repeat-content automation. Its paid plans offer substantial account allowances, with inbox and team functions available as the work grows. The clearest comparison is between Starter for publishing and Growth for a broader shared social routine.
