RecurPost

RecurPost review

RecurPost helps you build a social calendar from new posts and useful content you want to share again. Its recurring schedules reduce the work of repeatedly entering the same material, while one-off posts leave room for news and timely announcements.

Give useful content another outing

A recurring library can keep an article, service explanation or evergreen tip in circulation without rebuilding the post each time. You decide what belongs in that library, so it can remain a collection of genuinely useful material rather than an endless repeat of every past post.

Personal adds channel-specific variations and seasonal libraries. Those help you adapt the wording and keep a seasonal promotion separate from year-round content.

Agency adds client workspaces, approvals and white-label reports. These functions make it possible to manage feedback and reporting alongside the recurring calendar, rather than treating recycling as a standalone task.

RecurPost pricing

Starter costs $9 a month for two social accounts and one user, with a limit of ten posts per account per day. Personal costs $25 for five accounts and one user, increasing the daily allowance to 20.

Agency costs $79 a month for 20 accounts and three users, with the collaboration functions and a higher posting allowance. Additional accounts and users cost extra; an extra user is $20 a month. Annual billing gives two months free, and a 14-day trial is available without a card.

Before you choose

Old prices, deadlines and seasonal references still need to be removed or updated. Also count team members as well as accounts: the lower subscriptions are single-user plans.

Our view

RecurPost offers a straightforward way to make a useful content library work harder. The low-cost Starter plan makes recurring scheduling accessible, while Personal and Agency add more control over variations, seasonal content and collaboration. It is a practical option for keeping good material in the calendar without constantly starting from scratch.
