NapoleonCat

NapoleonCat review

NapoleonCat brings social conversations, moderation and publishing into one workspace. Its appeal is not just getting posts out: it also helps you keep track of the comments and messages that need attention afterwards.

Keep up with the conversation

The social inbox gathers supported interactions from connected profiles, reducing the need to check each account separately. Keeping the work together can make it easier to notice an unanswered question and pass a conversation to the right colleague.

Automated moderation adds another useful layer. Rules can handle repeat moderation tasks while people concentrate on replies requiring judgement. The right setup depends on the comments you receive and which networks you use; it is not a replacement for reviewing difficult customer conversations.

Publishing and reporting sit alongside the inbox. That gives you a way to plan upcoming content and look back at activity without buying a tool solely for comment handling.

Plans and trial

NapoleonCat's plan choice depends on profiles, seats and message volume, as well as features. Check its current pricing for your account combination; counting only the people scheduling posts can miss those who need to answer messages.

The 14-day trial requires no card and opens the Expert features with five seats, ten profile slots and 25,000 inbox messages. Reports can be previewed during the trial, but downloads are not included. Very large social accounts may require separate arrangements.

Before you choose

Check the exact comments, direct messages and moderation actions supported on your accounts. Different networks expose different controls, and a general inbox feature does not mean every interaction will appear. Message allowance also matters when activity rises sharply around a campaign.

Our view

NapoleonCat is worth considering when social management includes answering people as well as publishing to them. Its combination of inbox, moderation and reporting can make a busy account more manageable, while the publishing tools keep the outgoing work nearby.
