Khoros Social Media Management
Khoros social media management review
Khoros's Iris AI brings social publishing, listening and customer care into one platform. Shared calendars, approval steps and message routing help connect the people planning content with those responding to customers.
Connect publishing and customer care
Publishing tools cover shared planning, scheduling and approvals. They give teams a way to coordinate a campaign and decide who signs off on content before it reaches the public.
The care tools organise incoming messages and route work to the appropriate people. Saved replies can speed up common responses, while shared queues help make it clearer which conversations still need attention.
Listening and reporting add a wider view of what is happening around the brand. Khoros also describes permission controls and audit visibility, which matter when many people need access without everyone having the same authority.
What has changed at Khoros?
Iris AI is the current Khoros offering bringing together social management and digital care. It follows IgniteTech's acquisition of Khoros and a change in the product lineup.
That matters when reading older reviews. Comments about the previous Khoros Social Media Management product may provide background, but they do not establish how the current Iris AI experience performs. Community software is a separate part of the Khoros lineup.
Pricing and what to confirm
Khoros does not publish a simple self-service price for Iris AI. Request a proposal covering the social accounts, staff access, message handling, reporting and implementation support you need.
Ask which capabilities are included and available in the proposed setup. If you are moving from an older Khoros product, include the migration arrangements rather than assuming the change is automatic.
Our view
Iris AI's useful promise is coordination: content planning and customer care can share a platform, with controls for the people doing the work. It is worth a demonstration when those teams need to work closely together. The current product should be judged on that demonstration and proposal, rather than on legacy ratings alone.
