HeyOrca
HeyOrca review
HeyOrca keeps social posts and the people reviewing them around a shared calendar. It is designed to make the path from draft to approval easier to follow, with feedback attached to the content instead of scattered across messages and documents.
Make feedback easier to act on
A shared calendar gives colleagues and clients a view of upcoming content. Approvals help make the next step clear: a draft can be reviewed before it becomes a scheduled post, with comments kept nearby.
Paid plans include unlimited users. That can be valuable when several people need access or someone only joins to review the occasional campaign; adding another collaborator is not automatically another seat charge.
Reporting, inbox and listening options extend the product beyond planning. They provide ways to discuss results and audience activity within the same service, rather than ending the workflow once a post is published.
HeyOrca pricing
The free plan includes two social profiles, one user and 15 posts a month. Basic costs $59 per calendar a month, with ten profiles, unlimited users and posts, and approvals.
Pro lists at $149 per calendar a month, adding broader reporting, inbox and listening functions. Some of those functions are also available as paid additions. Annual billing is discounted, and there is a 14-day trial without a card.
Before you choose
The main cost unit is the calendar or workspace, not the person. Unlimited users can be attractive, but managing several separate client calendars increases the total. Check whether the reporting and inbox functions you want are included or added separately.
Our view
HeyOrca makes it easier to plan posts and collect feedback together. Shared calendars, attached feedback and unlimited paid-plan users address the practical problem of getting content checked without making every reviewer another expense. It is well worth exploring when publishing involves a conversation, not just a queue.
