ContentStudio
ContentStudio review
ContentStudio combines a social publishing calendar with tools for organising and reusing content. You can prepare posts, keep media together and review performance in one place, then add team approvals and an inbox when you need a more complete shared workspace.
More from the content you already have
The planner gives you several views of the publishing schedule, while the media library keeps assets close to the drafts that use them. Together, they make preparing a series of posts more manageable than assembling each one from scattered files.
Advanced adds evergreen recycling, bulk uploads and RSS automation. These can give useful older articles or repeat announcements another place in the calendar without recreating every post. You still decide which material remains relevant and how often it should appear.
Approvals and the social inbox extend the workflow beyond publishing. Colleagues can review content before it goes out, and supported replies can be handled in the same product. Exportable and scheduled reports help share the results afterwards.
ContentStudio pricing
Standard costs $228 billed yearly, equivalent to $19 a month. It includes five social accounts, one user and one workspace, with publishing, planning, analytics and content tools.
Advanced costs $588 billed yearly, equivalent to $49 a month. It includes ten accounts, two users and two workspaces, adding the inbox, recycling, bulk/RSS workflows, approvals and report exports.
On Advanced, extra accounts cost $5 a month each; additional users or workspaces cost $10 each. Listening is separately priced. A seven-day trial is available without a card.
Before you choose
Base the comparison on the plan containing the features you want. An inexpensive Standard subscription is not the same purchase as Advanced with several extra team members and listening. For automated content, keep time to check captions and remove expired offers.
Our view
ContentStudio offers a useful connection between preparing new posts and getting more use from existing material. Advanced is especially worth exploring for its combination of recycling, approvals, inbox and reporting: those tools can keep more of the work in one place from draft to response.
