Cloud Campaign
Cloud Campaign review
Cloud Campaign brings content libraries, scheduling and approvals together across separate brand workspaces. It helps you keep each account's work organised while giving collaborators a place to review posts and share results.
Organise more than one social calendar
Brand workspaces keep content separated without requiring a completely different tool for each business. A retained library and bulk scheduling make it easier to prepare a run of posts, while asset integrations can reduce the work of moving media between systems.
Approvals give clients or colleagues a chance to review content before it goes out. Unlimited users are included across the plans, so the number of people contributing does not create a conventional per-seat bill.
White-label options let you present the platform and reporting under your own branding. That can help make a managed social service feel more consistent, although branding and advanced reporting functions depend on the plan.
Cloud Campaign pricing
| Plan | Monthly billing | Monthly equivalent, billed annually |
|---|---|---|
| Freelancer | $49 | $41 |
| Team | $199 | $165 |
| Agency | $299 | $249 |
Freelancer starts with one brand workspace and seven social accounts per client. Team includes five workspaces, unlimited social accounts and standard white-labelling. Agency adds advanced branding and paid-social reporting. All three include unlimited users.
Extra workspaces cost $49, $29 or $35 a month on the respective monthly plans; annual billing has different rates. CloudStudio content production starts at another $99 a month per workspace. It is an optional service, not content automatically supplied with the software.
Before you choose
Count the brands you will manage and decide whether you need white-labelling, paid-social reports or API access. Those requirements can change the comparison more than the number of collaborators. Also distinguish tools that help your team prepare content from a service that creates it for you.
Our view
Cloud Campaign's strengths fit together well: separate brand workspaces, shared content handling, approvals and unlimited users can reduce the administrative work around publishing. Its branding options also let you present the service under your own name.
