Adobe Express Content Scheduler

Adobe Express social media scheduler review

Adobe Express Content Scheduler connects social post design with a publishing calendar. You can create content, prepare captions and schedule posts without moving the finished design into a separate scheduling service.

Create and schedule in the same place

The scheduler adds a useful final step to Adobe Express. Once an image or video is ready, you can put it on the calendar rather than download it and start again elsewhere.

Support spans Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. That gives it a wider role than a planner limited to one social network, although available formats still vary by connection.

The free version lets you connect one account per supported network. This makes it a realistic starting point for one business's social presence.

Premium adds more connected accounts and shared calendars alongside Adobe Express's wider design features. Brand resources, resizing and premium assets can make the subscription useful for content creation as well as publishing.

Free and Premium pricing

Adobe Express Free includes Content Scheduler with one account per supported network. Premium allows three accounts per network and three shared calendars rather than one.

US Premium pricing is $9.99 a month on monthly billing. You are buying the wider Adobe Express subscription, not paying that fee solely for the scheduler. Regional prices and annual offers may differ.

Before you choose

Account limits are per network: three Instagram accounts use the Instagram allowance, even if you have connected fewer accounts elsewhere.

Also check your normal post formats. Being able to connect a network does not mean every sticker, music option or native publishing feature is available through the scheduler. For more involved customer-message handling or team approval processes, compare a dedicated social management tool.

Our view

Adobe Express offers a useful free route from designing a post to scheduling it across several networks. Premium becomes more attractive when you need additional accounts and also use the design tools. That combination gives you a reason to explore the product without buying another service just to move finished artwork onto a calendar.
