TidyCal
TidyCal review
TidyCal offers unusually broad calendar booking at a low entry cost. The free plan supports unlimited booking types, one calendar, embedded pages, paid, recurring and package bookings, while paid options add customization, team features or remove branding.
Try TidyCal if low ongoing cost matters more than having a full service-business back office.
Four ways to pay
Free costs nothing. Individual Lifetime is currently $29 once and adds ten calendars, custom questions, group bookings, reminders, analytics and integrations. Agency Lifetime is $79 once and adds team and SMS features, subject to current user and calendar caps. Pro is $12 monthly or $99 yearly, with unlimited calendars and team members, a custom domain, no TidyCal branding and priority support.
TidyCal currently adds a 1% platform fee to paid bookings on Free and the lifetime plans; Pro removes it. Stripe processing remains separate.
Verdict
TidyCal is a strong value choice for consultations, coaching and simple paid sessions. It is built for scheduling meetings, not for detailed client records, salon management or point of sale.
