Picktime
Picktime review
Picktime gives a small business a genuine no-cost way to test customer booking. The free plan currently includes three users, three resources, two locations, two classes, unlimited appointments, email notifications, a booking page, PayPal payments and mobile apps.
Try Picktime if a small team wants a useful free starting point with locations and resources.
Starter adds reminders, recurring bookings, two-way sync, time-zone conversion, attendance and Stripe or Square payments. Pro expands users, resources, locations and classes, then adds round robin, waitlists, approval, coupons and a custom booking flow. Current annual-billing equivalents begin at $3 per user monthly for Starter, while the displayed Pro calculation depends on its included-user structure; verify the checkout total.
What to test first
The free plan is attractive, but it omits calendar sync and reminders that many businesses need immediately. SMS has its own policy, and some comparison-table items are marked as forthcoming. Test only capabilities shown as available today.
Verdict
Picktime is a good free starting point for a small team with more than one location or resource. Setmore may be easier when you need services and payments; Appointy provides another capped free option.
