How booking limits affect price
The current Solo plan is $14.95 monthly for one consultant, one staff login and 200 bookings. Small is $29.95 for three consultants and 1,000 bookings. Higher plans increase staff and monthly booking capacity. The 30-day trial does not require a card.
Bookeo itself says it does not add commission to online payments, but payment gateways charge their own fees. SMS credits and digital waivers are separate add-ons, so businesses using reminders or signed forms should price them from expected volume.
Who Bookeo suits
Bookeo is useful when appointments overlap with workshops, memberships, gift vouchers or more involved scheduling rules. A very small service business may prefer a simpler booking page; a tour or class-first operation should assess Bookeo’s dedicated sibling product rather than force the Appointments plan.
